Therapia Staffing launches top-level care initiative for contractors

Coral Springs, FL: Therapia Staffing announced the launch of its TLC initiative this week. The program was created by two members of the recruiting team, Gabriela Martinez and Amanda Kushner, who are pleased to enhance client experience through the innovation of this program. The first of its kind, Therapia TLC will combine the candidate cycle with recruiter performance improvement and financial incentive. With top to bottom guidance for participants, Therapia will be funneling ideal candidates to hospitals, schools, and care centers across the nation.

“Therapia TLC-Top Level Care is an extension of our recruitment team offering an elevated concierge service to our traveling Therapia family while on assignment. Illuminating our motto, “At the heart of ALL we do is YOU,” the TLC team goes above and beyond to ensure that no matter what stage of the process you’re in, you feel like you’re Ohana ,” Therapia’s team says of the program.

The company is offering incentive programs, frequent check-ins to ensure satisfaction and interactive games to remind care-providers why they love what they do.

In addition to being placed in the finest positions in the U.S., when a candidate joins Therapia, they are eligible for the TLC program and are automatically entered in a drawing to win $1,000. Participants may also generate additional entries through referrals, reviews, social media shout-outs, and sharing photos while on assignment.
